Kick-start your weekend with Fitness Fridays! This dynamic 45-minute session focuses on enhancing your fitness, strength, and coordination through gymnastics-based exercises. Ideal for those looking to boost their energy levels and stay active, Fitness Fridays are perfect for all fitness levels. With no commitment required, simply drop in and enjoy a workout that’s as challenging as it is fun. Join us every Friday morning and start your day the gymnastics way!
Prices
Adult Classes
All adult members are required to pay an annual registration fee of $45, which covers insurance and membership costs.
Pay-As-You-Come:
$15 per class – perfect for those needing flexibility. Pay for each session as you attend and create your own schedule.
Student Discount: $10 per class (with valid student ID).
Full Term Payment:
$120 for a full term – a cost-effective choice for those attending regularly, paid upfront at the start of the term.
Fitness Fridays
Boost your fitness with Fitness Fridays! This 45-minute class focuses on improving strength, fitness, and coordination using gymnastics-based exercises.
When: Fridays, 9:15 AM - 10:00 AM.
Cost: $10 per session (drop-in, no commitment required).
Note: The $45 annual registration fee applies.
