Home School
Flip the Classroom!
Our Home School Gymnastics programme is a unique opportunity for home-schooled children to engage in physical education, social interaction, and skill development. Tailored for all ages and abilities, it’s the perfect blend of learning, fun, and fitness outside the traditional classroom.
Homeschool classes are mixed and cover all the apparatus across MAG (Men's Artistic Gymnastics) and WAG (Women's Artistic Gymnastics). Our classes follow a carousel model, allowing new participants to integrate seamlessly at any term. The curriculum adapts to each child's unique developmental journey, ensuring inclusivity and a uniform learning experience regardless of the joining term.
Primary School | From 5 years old
For primary school-aged home schoolers, our programme emphasises the discovery and development of gymnastic skills in a fun, engaging environment. The students will begin with foundational skills that establish a strong base in both men's and women's gymnastics disciplines. This allows our young athletes to build confidence, coordination, and strength, setting them on a path of physical education that complements their academic learning.
Middle School | From 10 years old
Our Middle School gymnastics classes are designed for students who are transitioning from primary to high school. These classes strike a balance between the foundational skills learned in primary school and the more advanced techniques introduced in high school. Middle school students will continue to build their strength, coordination, and flexibility, while also beginning to refine their techniques and learn higher-level skills. Our coaches provide a supportive and engaging environment to help students progress at their own pace and prepare for the challenges of high school gymnastics.
High School | From 12 years old
As we move to the high school age group, the training becomes more specialised. Students will work on refining the skills they've learned, with a focus on perfecting techniques and enhancing their performance. They will be exposed to higher-level skills from the national programs, preparing them for both competitive avenues and fostering a lifelong affinity for the sport.
